This guide shows you what to do if you lose and/or wish to change your login details.
In particular, if you:
1. Wish to Change your Password
2. Forget your Password
3. Forget your Login
1. Change your Password
In order to change the password associated with your Login details, simply go to the – Customer Area – using your Login and current Password.
Select – Change Password –
Choose a new password.
Besides typing in the new password, you need to provide, or update if required, a mobile phone number or a security question with relevant answer. It is possible to indicate both.

These details will be required whenever you need to recover your Login details, therefore we recommend keeping them always up-to-date in the – Customer Area – Edit Recovery details – page

from which you can change the mobile phone number and the security question used to recover the login details.

Click on – Confirm and update recovery details – after which a message will appear to confirm your new settings.

2. Forgotten your Password?
If you forget your login password, you can create a new one at any time from the Reset Password section.
Enter your @aruba.it Login, the text displayed in the image and proceed

You can reset the password in three ways, based on the selection you make during the – Update of Recovery details – (mobile phone number, security question or both). See table below.

The page displayed will be the following:

Select the first option, if you wish to Reset the password via SMS and follow the instructions shown in Step 2 and 3 of this table or select the second option if you wish to Reset the Password via email using your contact email address and follow the instructions in Step 4. |
In this case, you will only be able to reach the Reset password page through a link sent to your contact email address. Select - send an email to this address - in the Form that appears

Choose if you prefer to recover the password via SMS or email in the Form as shown below

Select – Send a free SMS to this number ... – and proceed

Check that your contact email address is correct

If you select the mobile phone option, follow Step 2 and 3 described in the first column of this table.

Wait for the SMS with the PIN code to reset
your password. Enter the PIN code in the
provided field.

If the PIN code is correct, you will reach
the Reset password page.
If you don’t receive the SMS with the PIN code, you
can request a new one after 15 minutes
up to a maximum of three
attempts.

If the email address is correct, click Proceed

and type in the answer to the security
question in the provided field

Wait
for the email with the link to update your login details. The link will be valid for
15 minutes. | If
you prefer to receive the link by email,
follow Steps 2 and 3 described in the second column of this
table.

valid for 15 minutes, to Recover the login details at your contact email

1. You exceeded the maximum number of attempts
for receiving the SMS.

do not receive the email with the link to reset the password.

After completing the data recovery process, you will reach the Reset password page, where you can select your new password.
3. Forgotten your Login?
Your Login can be recovered by clicking on – Forgotten your login? – in the – Recover account details - page
Fill in the Form that appears entering at least one of the required details: Fiscal Code, VAT number, Email or a Domain name and proceed.
The @aruba.it login will be sent to your contact email address. If you do not receive said email, your contact email address may not be correct.
To check and update your contact email address, you need to send the Change Contact Email Address Form (duly filled in and signed) with a copy of valid photo ID to the Aruba Customer Care team to +39 0575/0505.
